The burners on the Weber Summit grill S420 run up and down rather than left to right, making it possible to cook at several different temperatures simultaneously. There is enough space to cook for the average sized family.

The side mounted burner gives you the same control as a fine gas stove. Accessories include a smoker burner which makes it easy to smoke a turkey or a chicken. A rotisserie is also available that is large enough and mounted high enough to cook a large roast or even a turkey.

The Flavorizer bars eliminate flare-ups and help add more flavor when the juices are vaporized. The cooking grates re made of extra thick stainless steel. They retain heat extremely well, don't rust and are very easy to clean after cooking.

The front-mounted burner knobs are easily controlled and can be used individually. A built in stainless steel Grill-Out handle light provides enough light to check your meal's progress after dark.

What We Don't Like

When it rains, the water is channeled down the back and into the internal drip tray, which then flows into the drip pan, which then makes an overflowing greasy mess inside the cabinet on the floor.

This happens whether the grill is covered or not, as the Weber Premium cover has a mesh in the back that lets the rain in no matter what you do. This is not only an annoyance, but can shorten the life of your grill as it may cause rust and deterioration.
