Weber Spirit Grill E310

The Weber Spirit grill E310 has three stainless steel burners and 36,000 BTUs per hour input. A large cooking area lets you feed friends and family easily.

The Weber cookbook will help you get started cooking immediately with many tasty recipes to choose from.

A sturdy steel cart supports the attractive black grill. Working space is available to either side of the grill, and a convenient tool holder keeps your utensils close at hand.

What We Like About The Weber Spirit e-310 Gas Grill

The Weber Spirit grill E310 heats up quickly and gets nice and hot. There is enough room to cook for the average family. The three burners can be controlled separately. The ignition system is durable and the Two thermostat plastic work surfaces increase your working space.

The enclosed cart hides the propane tank well and there is a built in thermometer so you can monitor your temperature. This Weber grill cooks occurs very evenly, without hot or cold spots.

This grill is much cheaper than the Genesis line of grills from Weber, and if you are not dedicated to paying for stainless steel, this grill may just be perfect for you.

What We Don't Like The Weber Spirit Grill

The Weber Spirit grill E310 comes with the low end porcelain enameled cooking grates. Do yourself a favor and get the best grates you can afford, either stainless steel or porcelain enameled cast iron. The low end cooking grates are similar to a broiler pan in quality, so the heavier grates will perform better for you.

When you go to purchase any grill, read the description carefully so you get what you think you are getting. Another way to get the quality of cast iron cooking if you don't have the cast iron grates is to set a cast iron pan on top of the cooking grates. The assembly of the grill can be a bit frustrating due to the instructions, which are not the best.

It also affords you the opportunity to find out where Weber cut corners on this grill. The wrench that is included is made of plastic, and the bolts are easily broken when you use a metal wrench. Once assembled, the grill looks very nice, but you know the low quality that is contained within.

Summary

Overall, the Weber Spirit grill E310 gives you more grill for your money. Featuring Weber's durable ignition system, it won't break down like a lesser gas grill. This grill gives you the space to cook for more than just a few people, and does a great job.

The three burners give you excellent control over temperature, although you need to make sure and upgrade the cooking grates for the best results.

Some have found the grill easy to assemble, but depending on where you purchase it, you may be able to get it assembled for you for a nominal fee.
