Weber Spirit E-310 LP Gas Grill

by Ryan Sullivan
(Springville, UT, USA)

I have been the owner of the Weber Spirit E310 Gas Grill for approximately 4 months now. I have owned a number of grills in the past but I generally choose the generic one on sale at the closest retail store. I love to grill and I wanted to spend enough to get a good name brand grill without breaking the bank. This grill fit the bill perfectly.

After four months of use I don't know why I threw money away all these years buying the generic "moneysaver" grills. I absolutely love this Weber Grill.

It is not the largest grill I have owned, but it is by far the best quality grill I have ever owned. The hinges on the lid feel very sturdy along with the handles and cabinet doors. The overall build quality of the grill is awesome!

After assembling the grill and being quite impressed with the physical appearance and quality of the grill I put it to the real test, the grilling. I fired it up and it was between 500-600 degrees in just about 10 minutes, very fast heating by the standards I am used too.

The other thing that impressed me was how steady the temperature stayed throughout the grilling process. My steaks cooked perfectly no matter where they were located on the grilling surface.

I found that the grill didn't have any "hotspots" and that all of the surface area of the grill cooked evenly. I didn't know how to react to that considering I have never had a grill with no hot or cold spots. I was ecstatic!

The Weber Spirit E310 is a very well built grill. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles like some other grills I've seen, but it takes great care of the most important part of the experience; the grilling!
