What We Don't Like

The Weber Genesis grill E310 is heavy, so have a helper available when assembling. The instructions may be challenging for some. Prepare to spend at least a couple of hours on assembly. The drip pan needs to be cleaned after each use, which is a bit annoying. Rust can be a problem. The side table can get pretty hot when cooking, and the utensil hooks are a bit bulky.

The control knobs are located on one of the side tables, which makes the table pretty useless as a work surface. There is no documentation on how to care for the grate or clean the grease pan. It would be good to have some instructions on proper care.
