Weber 1780001 Summit S-650 Propane Grill

I want to start off by saying this might be the single best grill available today. It is worth every single penny I put into it. And you'll be enjoying this grill for the next 10 years.

I got this grill last summer at the Home Depot for a good deal. If I remember it was a little over a $1000. I got it delivered to my house since I do not own a truck. It arrived promptly within a week, and I couldn't wait to get this baby fired up.

Basically I bought this grill because I was tired of my old Weber charcoal grill. It left a bad taste in my mouth. This grill uses indirect heating and leaves your food tasting great. I had my charcoal Weber for a while and quite frankly it was fairly gross. It was time for a change. Also, I had just finished landscaping my yard and was in the mood for throwing several barbecues over the course of the summer.

So far I do not have a bad thing to say about the grill. It seems durable, made of thick stainless steel and I don't see any reason why it should break. Weber is a reputable company, I’ve used their products before and even if it were to malfunction Weber would stand behind their product.

I love this grill for the smoker system that allows me to make ribs and brisket. I can basically lower the temperature to a low buy constant heat and gradually make savory meats.

The grill also has a rotisserie burner that allows me to make whole chickens and ducks in the same healthy grilled fashion.

I would recommend this grill to anyone who can afford it. At a little over a grand it's quite a bit to shell out for grill. But, if you want to change how you grill forever BUY THIS GRILL. You will not go back to conventional gas or charcoal grills afterwords.
