The Ducane Affinity 4100 Gas Grill has an enclosed cart with doors of stainless steel. The sides of the cart are painted. The grill is made with an insert of stainless steel. The lid handle is stainless steel. A thermometer is built into the lid.

With 48,000 BTUs, you can cook almost anything. Four stainless steel burners have individual controls. A stainless steel warming rack and porcelain enameled heat distribution plates expand your cooking options.

Heavy duty castors are on the bottom of the propane grill to make moving easy. Side tables provide extra space for prep work.

The Ducane Affinity 4100 Gas Grill is a heavy stainless steel grill. It packs a hot 48,000 BTUs. Weber purchased Ducane, and the quality has not been compromised. Assembly takes a couple hours, which is typical of this size of grill.

All the pieces were well wrapped against damage. The ignition system is almost perfect every time. The thermometer in the lid is accurate and useful.

In about ten minutes of turning on all four burners you are ready to sear at a blistering 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Cleaning up after cooking is easy. At the price, it isn't a bad deal for such a large grill.

With almost 700 square inches of cooking space, 526 square inches in the primary cooking area and 167 sq. inches on the warming rack you can cook for an army. Customer service was excellent when it was needed for damaged parts.

What We Don't Like

Other than a few customers having issues with the shipping of the grill, we could not find any major issues with the grills performance.

This grill will see you through many years of dining pleasure. It is large enough to feed a family plus as many guests as may be invited.
