Brinkmann Tailgate Grill (8107490S)

We bought our Brinkmann Tailgate Grill from Home Depot last May. It was an awesome deal. We were lucky enough to get it on sale for about $100. We bought it for a few camping trips we had planned for the summer.
We took it with us for a week long camping trip to Pennsylvania and then another week to Northern Michigan. We also brought it with us to the family reunion. It worked great!
It grilled well and cleaned up nicely both times. We tried every food you could imagine on it and were very satisfied with the way it performed. We were very impressed.
It has plenty of room to cook a lot of food for many people. It has a drip area to collect grease and it folds up nicely. It has 3 burners and the top closes down to protect it from the weather. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
You will need a bit of space to travel with it as it is very sturdy and takes up a bit of space even when folded. You also have to carry the propane tank along with you. It is also very heavy. This grill could be used very easily for every day grilling.
The only issue with using it every day would be that it does not have the top that can be closed during grilling; so, I guess I wouldn't give up the home grill yet. We have had other grills that are more expensive that are made so poorly and have uneven screw holes and very flimsy metal.
Not so with this Brinkmann! It is so well built that it is hard to believe that it is a tailgate grill. You will be impressed with this grill.
