Brinkman Pro Series 2600 810-2600-0 Review

We recently purchased our Brinkmann Grill in August from Lowe's. Barbecue season had just come to a close, so the prices were unbelievably good as the store was unloading it's inventory for the winter. We ended up paying just over $300, after-tax of course.
The first thing I noticed when putting my grill together was that there was not a lot of little parts that needed tools. I ended up using one screwdriver to make sure some of the parts were secure but no special tools were required.
Unfortunately, we were only able to use the grill twice before barbecue season was over. However, I must say that the surface area was much larger than it looks on the picture on the front of the box. I ended up cooking steaks for four people and toasting the buns, at the same time. This was a huge upgrade from our last grill that we purchased from Sears. The heating elements worked perfectly and the meal was a complete success.
You can tell this is a quality product due to the material used for the cover and the sides where you put your dishes for serving. I believe that this is actual stainless steel, not just coating like you'd find in other name brand grills.
This grill is incredibly easy to use. You can turn the grill on with just a touch of a button. Additionally, they included a large bucket that is insulated for our drinks. Although, I would have liked it if this would have been a bit larger. There is just not enough room to fit an entire 12 pack if you fill the thing completely with ice.
Overall, I would highly recommend this product as someone who has enjoyed barbecues for many years. I would wait until it comes down from the price of $400-$500. However, if you can find this grill on sale for around $300, I would purchase this grill again. Thanks Brinkmann!
